Everything was wonderful and tasted great! The rice balls and wontons were a great touch. The baguettes with the fig and gorgonzola....terrific! Everyone was so happy just having appetizers and they were filling. Kristy and Sharon were so polite and helpful.

Hi Eva,
Everything was excellent. The turkey was so moist that when I went to lift it out of the tray, most of the turkey fell back into the pan. It cut my carving time in half. Your stuffing (having it with my lunch today) is out of this world along with all the other side dishes.
Once again I do have to tell you about your apple pie, it wouldn't be fair to you if I didn't. I would feel worse if I wasn't honest with you and tell you that........it was one of the best that I have ever tasted. I could tell that you put a lot into it, thank you.

The food was so great, we got so many compliments on everything. And the service was impeccable! Debbie did such an amazing job, I can't thank her enough! Simply Elegant Catering by far exceeded my expectations. My wedding was absolutely fantastic. The food was superb. It was original, fresh & beautifully presented. Everyone at my wedding complimented the food and everyone had plenty. The staff was extremely professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Eva from Simply Elegant Catering! She was a pleasure to deal with before my party, she had a lot of great ideas and was very patient while I was going through my pre-party jitters. We had a Mexican Fiesta cocktail party and she came up with the perfect mix of appetizers, fajita bar and desserts. She brought beautiful serving bowls and chafing dishes which made it even easier for us. When she arrived the day of the party, she was here early enough to have everything set up and ready to go. Since I had never used a caterer before, I was advised that they usually use a lot of counter space and the kitchen would be quite chaotic...I was pleasantly surprised when she arrived with everything so well organized the she didn't even have to use the additional table space I had set up. It was like magic - I was able to enjoy the party and my guests while she got all the food out and set up beautifully. Besides the great organization, the food was AMAZING!! Everything was tasty and beautifully presented. Last minute we decided to do a soup and it was the hit of the party!! Again, I highly recommend her for any party you may plan, I certainly will be using her again.

If you are looking to have "Simply Elegant Caterers" cater a party for you, I would look no further. Last November our kitchen was under construction. The plan was to have it completed late September. I did some research and came up with Simply elegant caterers. We asked Eva to prepare a large Thanksgiving dinner for us which was out of this world. The turkey was cooked to perfection along with many other plates. She thought of everything and even added a homemade apple pie. By looking at the dining-room table you would think that the meal just came from the next room. Each plate was Eva's own personal successful accomplishment. If there were even one negative thing to tell you I would, but the whole package was flawless.

When the time comes again that I need a caterer, it will be "Simply Elegant Catering", my wife, kids, and I are temporarily living without a kitchen. Construction was supposed to be completed before Thanksgiving but wasn't. Eva from "Simply Elegant" cooked a beautiful Thanksgiving meal for the eight of us. She not only cooked everything that we asked for perfectly, she added her personal touch and baked an apple pie that was out of this world. We had a beautiful turkey and all the trimmings sitting on the table as if we cooked it ourselves. We had enough leftovers to last us through the weekend. I do have to stop bragging about the food in front of my wife, she's becoming a little jealous.
