Maybe a Brunch type menu is what you're looking for.  Beautifully decorated buffet tables from choices of muffins, croissants, basket of cheese & crackers with skewered grapes, donuts with icing to match the Bridal Party's dresses, homemade quiches elegantly displayed on a revolving carousel.  Let us know if you have a theme, and we'll do our best to use the right platters with some special added touches.  This is a beach theme, with shells decorating the tables, big shell platters to display your food selections.

Planning on a small wedding from home, how about a Brunch Menu with your own Chef making crepes & omelets to order.  We'll bring the whole set-up to you.  You supply the space and we'll bring everything else.  Our expert Chefs will make you fresh omelets with a large variety of fillings - don't want an omelet, he'll be happy to make you any style eggs you like. Fresh crepes made to order with fruit fillings & whipped cream. Carving Stations, Pasta Stations, Seafood Stations, Salad Stations, are just a few Food Station ideas. If you're looking for something a little different from a buffet menu. Each station is beautifully presented with baskets & bowls and beautiful platters to make your food station both attractive and appealing to your guests.  Professional, experienced, and courteous attendants will service each station. An attendant will be stationed at the Carving Station. Each station will be set-up with plates, cutlery & napkins - no need to go looking for those essentials. Beautiful baskets of rolls will always be included.
